Lord of the Rings!
Getting ready to go see the second movie in the series, John, on the right, and several of his friends.

We used to go out here in the sixties, on Saturday nights to drag race, and once in a while to see the sportscar guys road race. This car is coming off a hairpin curve that led onto the main straight, which was also the dragstrip. I'm pretty sure it is a late sixties Formula Ford, perhaps even a Lotus. Pretty little thing, isn't it?
